Inside every PlayFader you get a handy laminated card with all the main menu button combos. This fits neatly into the lid so it’s always with you when you need it.

Please note, PlayFader does not ship with cables or adapters. For the same reason we didn’t put a battery inside, there are lots of cables and adapters already out there in people’s studios. We don’t want to needlessly add to the landfill. Cables to connect PlayFader are very common, see specs for details.

You can power PlayFader from any 9v Centre-negative guitar pedal power supply, or chose one of the innovative power solutions we offer from myVolts, you can now chose to use USB-B or USB-C power solutions with their Ripcord and StepUp adapters, available in our web store for a reduced price.

You can also pick up 3.5mm to 5-pin Midi Type-A adapters and the awesome myVolts Modular CV Halo to Pedal (floating ring TRS to TS) cable for plugging into Expression inputs.

A note about using Recycled Materials:

The process of using recycled plastic for our PlayCase may create some lightly visible imperfections where mixed material has appeared on the surface, or the plastic cooling process has left fluid lines in some areas. These are mostly invisible on lighter coloured cases, and slightly more visible on darker material like the black PlayCase. In use you simply won’t see any of these.

it’s a trade-off against using virgin plastic and we think it’s worth it. We prefer to support our planet instead of chasing perfection at all costs.

We wanted something strong, light and made in small batches from recycled materials. The PlayCase has 100% achieved our design and sustainability goals, this is critical as we aim to become a certified B-Corporation.

We also plan to extend our sustainability approach by providing alternate firmwares in the future, squeezing every last drop of functionality out of a single PlayFader.
