STOCK STATUS

In an effort to be transparent and accurate about our stock availability we have labeled products in the following way so that you can order with confidence. We try to make sure this is 100% accurate but occasionally products can sell out if bought in quick succession.

ADD TO CART:  Products that show the “Add to Cart” button are in stock and ready to ship. We have the item in our shop and it will typically ship out within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.   

ARRIVING SOON:  This means the product has shipped out from the manufacturer and is currently in transit to our shop. Usually shipments will take a week or less to arrive once they ship out from the manufacturer.

PRE-ORDER:  The product order has been placed with the manufacturer and we are expecting delivery of units as soon as our order is ready to ship. Purchasing a pre-order guarantees that you will receive an item from the next shipment we receive. 

SPECIAL ORDER:  This item is not currently ordered with the manufacturer but can be ordered at the request of the customer.  We will provide you with an ETA once we have contacted the manufacturer about wait times. If you would like to order something that is not listed on our website please get in touch and we can see what we can do. Special Order items need to be pre-paid and are non refundable.
