SHIPPING PROTECTION
If you have opted in to the Shipping Protection policy please read the following section carefully:
- Any claim made on a shipment will have to complete the full investigation process by the carrier before being eligible for replacement
- Orders shown as "delivered" when tracked are not eligible for claims
- If the carrier cannot deliver the shipment due to an invalid address or other unexpected delivery barrier, they may choose to return to sender. This is not a lost shipment. We will have to wait for the order to return to the shop before a replacement can be sent
- If an order arrives damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery time. We will issue a return shipping label for the item in question and replace it only once it arrives back at the shop
- Claims will be paid out in the form of Nightlife Electronics store credit or replacement of the order
- Shipping Protection does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame. If an order arrives later than expected due to delays with the carrier this does not make it eligible for a claim
