PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE RETURN POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.

ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY:

If you wish to return an item that was purchased online email info@nightlife-electronics.com to request an RMA number before sending the item back. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days.

Buyer must pay for all return shipping charges. If the item was sold with free shipping or at a discounted shipping rate then the discount amount will be deducted from the final refund. Shipping fees paid by the customer and/or Nightlife Electronics are not refundable.

ALL MARK DOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

Affirm

A 1.6% fee will be deducted for returned orders purchased with Affirm due to Affirm cancellation charges.

Preorders

Preorders can be cancelled at anytime before the order ships. Orders with a value of more than $4000cad will be charged a 2.5% refund processing fee. Orders under that value will receive a full refund. 

NEW UNOPENED BOX ITEMS

Unused and unopened items in original, untampered packaging that contains all original accessories are eligible for a 100% refund or exchange if returned within 14 days from the shipping date. 

 NEW OPENED BOX ITEMS

If an item has been opened it is eligible for a exchange or refund at 85% of the original value of the item if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Item must be in like new condition and include all original accessories and must be returned with original bill of sale. If item shows any signs of wear and tear or abuse then it may be ineligible for return or refund (to be determined at the sole discretion of Nightlife Electronics).

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

If you wish to return an item that was purchased in-store, simply bring the item back with the original bill of sale anytime during regular business hours.

USED/CONSIGNED/DEMO ITEMS

All used items will be fully tested prior to sale and sold as-is and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please see note regarding items sold as “Restored Vintage”

RESTORED VINTAGE ITEMS

Items listed as “Restored Vintage” will be fully tested, overhauled, repaired and guaranteed to be 100% functional. Restored items are not eligible for exchanges or returns but will be sold with a 60 day performance warranty. Any failures that occur during this time will be repaired at no extra charge. This does not extend to failures resulting from misuse or abuse. Repairs must be performed by Nightlife Electronics technicians. Restored Vintage items that have been opened or repaired by anyone other than Nightlife Electronics technicians will be ineligible for warranty repair.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Any item that fails or is discovered to be defective can be replaced if returned to Nightlife Electronics by original purchaser within 30 days from purchase date.  If returned in store, item must be accompanied with original sales receipt. If item fails after the 30 day period please contact the manufacturer to arrange repair/replacement.

If an item is returned and stated as defective but found to be fully functional then it will be subject to the 15% restocking fee. If the item shows any sign of wear (rack rash, missing accessories, damaged/missing packaging etc) then it will not be eligible for refund, only repair by manufacturer.

***Customers with a high volume of refund requests may have a 3% processing fee deducted from the refund amount after an account review. We reserve the right to raise or lower this percentage at our discretion. This applies equally to shipped and unshipped orders***
