Our customers and our community are the most important consideration for us at this time and as such we have decided to reduce the public facing aspect of our business to a minimum. Effective March 17th our showroom will be closed for public visits and demos until further notice.
As a small, independent business this was not an easy decision to make but one we believe is in the best interest of not only the city we love but our global community in general.
Our online shop will remain fully functional and shipping of items will continue uninterrupted. We will be available for in person pick up for customers based in the Lower Mainland by appointment only.
If you wish to pick up an order in person:
- Order through our website and choose in-store pick up as the shipping option
- At check out leave a note saying the date and time you wish to pick up your order and we will do our best to accommodate
- Pick up can be scheduled anytime Tuesday to Saturday 12pm-5pm
- We will email you once the order is placed to confirm the pick up
*We have also added the option to pay via E-Transfer to our online shop for those who wish to pay using that method.
With regard to repair work:
We will not be taking in any new items after March 17th. Repair items already in the shop will be completed and a pick up time will be arranged once repair is complete. If we have already sent you notification that your item has been repaired you can email us to arrange a pick up time. We will send a link for you to pay for the repair via our online shop or you can call in and make payment over the phone, we will not be taking payment in person.
We will revisit our Covid 19 policy on a weekly basis and will be happy to resume repair work as usual once the situation allows.
