With eight selectable modes, Aurora gives you flexible control over pitch, playback speed, and direction, allowing everything from classic pitch‑shifted echoes to warped reverse textures and auto‑triggered loops.
At its core, Aurora operates as a multi‑delay processor, taking incoming audio and applying various transformations based on the selected mode. In Pitch Up and Pitch Down modes, the pedal adds chromatic pitch shifts to each repeat, ascending or descending by up to 12 semitones for musical delay patterns. Speed Up modes replay your signal at 2× or 4× speed, while Speed Up Trigger automatically captures and loops phrases when your input pauses, giving you hands‑free phrase repetition.
Aurora also includes advanced reverse functionality: Reverse, Cascade Reverse, Multi Reverse, and Reverse Trigger modes allow you to play back sampled audio backward at varying speeds or configurations, expanding the pedal’s sonic palette into ambient, glitchy, or sonically surreal territory.
Physical controls include a Mode selector for choosing among the eight delay behaviors, Time for setting delay length, Func for adjusting mode‑specific parameters (such as speed, pitch, or balance), and Vol to blend the effect level. A Tail On/Off option lets you choose whether the delay’s trailing repeats fade naturally when bypassed or cut immediately.
